Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments -Inclusive - Puerto Vallarta

Set in tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, the Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments is located right on the beach. It has 2 pools, a spa and a wide choice of restaurants.

All of the spacious, bright rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV, and some have ocean views and hot tubs.

The pools are surrounded by loungers and there are large sun terraces. There is a kids’ club, a giant chess board and a range of activities throughout the day. There is also a gym and a 24-hour business centre.

There is a choice of restaurants, offering a range of Mexican and international dishes, from snacks to formal, innovative dining.

The Shakti Spa offers a range of treatments, scrubs and massages. It has 3 pools, a spa and a wide choice of restaurants.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that the following policy will goeffect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta.

Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable andredeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.

No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.

Cancellations – There will be no penalties forpassengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip.
