The Hacienda features 3 restaurants serving Mexican cuisine. There is also a free shuttle service to the beach, a 2-minute drive away.

The hotel is less than 4 km from the centre of Puerto Vallarta. The city’s airport is a 10-minute drive away.

The beach area is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, however we have a transportation service for our guests, please request it at the entrance gate of the parking lot. There is a public access corridor to the beach area with staff that will be ready to guide and assist you.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Hurricane policy 2016: The policy will goeffect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta.

Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable andredeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.

No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.

Rescheduling – When wishing to postpone their vacation, the Hotels will allow rescheduling without a change fee and will guarantee the original rate to travel by December 20th, 2016, subject to availability. The reservation istransferrable and any additional guests or nights will be booked at current rate.

Cancellations – There will be no penalties forpassengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip.
